Advanced Wound Care Solutions | Amniotic Membrane Grafts for Chronic and Complex Wounds
Our grafts are derived from the amnion layer of placentas donated at full term. These grafts are FDA-registered, tested for communicable diseases, and free from DNA and red blood cells. Naturally, amniotic membranes are rich in anti-inflammatory properties and growth factors, which promote tissue regeneration. This makes our grafts a superior option compared to other wound care treatments currently available.

Step 2: Patient Care Initiation

When a patient requires care using allografts, the provider should initiate the process by sending over the patient's facesheet to the designated contact (us).

What is a Facesheet?:

The facesheet is a summary document containing patient identification and basic details necessary to begin the intake process.
Step 3: Collection of Patient Records

Upon receiving the facesheet, we will proceed to collect all required medical records, including:

Step 6: Graft Ordering and Treatment

After the approval is received from the insurance company, we will order the required allografts from the manufacturer.
Order Placement: The necessary grafts will be ordered based on the treatment plan.
Begin Healing Process: Once the grafts are in hand, the treatment process will begin and the patient will start receiving care for their wound.

Step 7: Reimbursement and Provider Payment

After the grafts are ordered and the healing process is underway, the insurance payment will be processed.

Provider Payment Breakdown: The insurance payout will go to you as the provider within 45 days of the billing being presented to the insurance company.

Notes:

Efficient and Timely Communication: As a provider, maintaining clear communication with the Stimpson Group LLC and the billing company is key to ensuring that the process runs smoothly, efficiently and timely.

Documentation Timeliness: Timely submission of patient facesheets and records will expedite the approval and treatment process.
